STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT (WATER BILL)


Wasser Water Statement of Account (SOA) is the monthly water bill that is issued to Wasser consumers. It reflects the consumer’s monthly consumption and billing, including the breakdown of charges, and other account information. This SOA also serves as the Notice of Disconnection once the water bill is not yet paid after its due date.

 

Wasser Water Sample Read and Bill



    • Billing Month - This is the current billing month.
    • Account No. - This is the unique service identification code of the consumer.
    • Account Name - This contains the name of the person whom the water service is installed.
    • Address - This contains the address of the person in the Account Name part above.
    • Consumer Type - This is the rate code classification of the water service.
    • Meter No. - This is a unique code of the consumer's water meter.
    • Billing Period
      • > FROM: - This is the initial reading date.
      • > TO: - This is the final reading date.
    • No. of Days - This is the counted days for the period covered.
    • Reading Date - This is the current reading date and time.
    • Meter Reading
      • > PRESENT: - This shows the meter reading on consumer's scheduled monthly meter reading date.
      • > PREVIOUS: - This shows consumer's meter reading from the previous month.
    • Consumption - This is the total water consumption for the period covered.
    • Consumption Category
      • 0 - 10 Cubic M. - This is the amount for water consumption from 0 to 10 cubic meter.
      • 11 - 20 Cubic M. - This is the amount for water consumption from 11 to 20 cubic meter.
      • 21 - 30 Cubic M. - This is the amount for water consumption from 21 to 30 cubic meter.
      • 31 & Up Cubic M. - This is the amount for water consumption from 31 and more cubic meter.
    • CURRENT BILL - This is the total amount that needs to be settled for the current billing period.
    • ARREARS - This indicates the balance prior to the current billing period.

      • > Septage Fee
      • > Loan
      • > Penalty
    • OTHER CHARGES - This indicates miscellaneous charges.
      • > Septage Fee - This fee is for septage management program as required by the Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9275 March 22, 2004)
      • > Loan
    • TOTAL AMOUNT DUE - This is the total amount with arrears (balance amount) and other charges that needs to be settled immediately.
    • AMOUNT AFTER DUE - This is the total amount to be paid if water bill is not settled within due date.
    • DUE DATE - This is the date when the water bill needs to be settled.
    • DISCONNECTION DATE - This is the date of disconnection of water service.
    • DISCONNECTION NOTICE - This portion of the MatrixCloud Read and Bill System is advising the consumer that their account is past-due and urging them to make a payment or payment arrangements. Not paying during this disconnection date will contemplate a service disconnection. If the due date or disconnection date falls on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, you may pay online or via mobile payment gateways
    • THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT VALID FOR CLAIM OF INPUT TAX. This is a proof that this Wasser Statement of Account cannot and should not be used as the primary supporting document since this is only a  Statement of Account (Billing Notice) and not Sales Invoice (not a BIR-registered receipt) for claiming input VAT on purchases of water services.
