NEW WATER SERVICE CONNECTION

Consumer will fill-up service application form with corresponding ID, telephone no. and sketch of house location.

WASSER Engineer will check and inspect the newly applied service connection for a possible previous problematic service connection.

• Identify category of service connection (standard or boring).
• Check and inspect if new connection has no outstanding balance or history of illegal connections.

Upon clearance of inspection WASSER Engineer will inform the applicant to pay the corresponding amount accessed.

Water service connection will be schedule by the Construction Group on a first online first serve basis.
